Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Executive manages payroll processing, employee data, and payroll-related inquiries, supporting smooth payroll operations.
You will play an instrumental role in maintaining employee trust, resolving payroll-related issues, and ensuring payroll compliance. With payroll administration skills, this role helps NTUC First Campus to enhance payroll efficiency, reduce errors, and comply with payroll regulations and tax requirements. Your attention to detail and payroll expertise ensures employees receive accurate and timely compensation. Your work also supports accurate financial reporting, employee satisfaction, and overall payroll process optimization, contributing to the success of the business and a positive work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance or any related discipline
3-5 years of payroll experience for at least 1,000 headcount in a local setting
Attention to detail with excellent organization skills; ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks in accordance with dynamic timelines and priorities
Proactive problem-solver who can demonstrate initiative and independence with good analytical skills and passionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation
Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end regular payroll runs for both local and foreign employees including submission of IR21 and payroll for departures
Manage and support other payroll and benefit operations, e.g. recoveries, CPF submissions, government-paid claim submissions, work injury reimbursements, negative pay follow-up, reports, leave and benefits administration
Assist in year-end preparation and submission of IR8A
Manage and support system update activities including case investigations and user acceptance testing
Ensure internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements for all pay, leave and benefits matters
Respond to employees’ queries and provide support to departments when needed and within the stipulated service level agreement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders where required, e.g. Finance, Business Partners to ensure seamless Payroll operations and effective internal communications
Support in annual and adhoc audit activities where required and p articipate and/or lead any other ad-hoc projects/tasks as and when required
