Description:

Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Programme Executive to develop and deliver programmes that enhance financial capability of the organisation’s clients and beneficiaries. This role includes creating engaging financial educational content, conducting workshops and talks, and promoting positive financial behaviours among our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Needs Analysis : Identify the learning needs of clients and the target audience to support the organisation’s mission.
Programme Development : Design and develop programmes aimed at improving financial capability, including creating learning activities, content, learning aids, and materials.
Programme Implementation : Organise, schedule, and maintain records for programme implementation, including material dissemination, registration, attendance, venue preparation, and post-event feedback surveys.
Facilitation : Conduct and facilitate talks, workshops, and webinars on financial literacy and brief on the organisation’s programmes and services.
Programme Evaluation : Evaluate programmes to recommend improvements.
Employ Learning Technology : Stay current with learning technologies and instructional strategies related to financial education and adult learning.
Volunteer Preparation : Prepare volunteer trainers and facilitators to assist with the organisations talks, workshops, and webinars.
Collaboration : Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to develop and deliver programmes in support of the organisation’s mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
  2. Prior experience in conducting adult training, with working experience in designing, developing, and customising training courses.
  3. Possession of a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.
  4. Possession of a relevant degree in finance or professional certifications such as Associate Financial Planner (AFP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent, or prior experience in delivery financial literacy or financial education talks or workshops, would be advantageous but not required.
  5. Prior experience in conducting financial literacy or financial education training would be advantageous but not required.
  6. Prior experience in non-profit organisations, community outreach, partnership management or programme development may be advantageous but not required.
    Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective training and engagement. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
