About the role:
This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic HR function as an Executive Remuneration Manager on a fixed-term basis. This position is pivotal to the Global Reward team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Reward. Supported by an Executive Remuneration Analyst, you will be responsible for managing Remuneration Committee and subsidiary committee matters and play a critical role in the development of remuneration policy and governance. As part of this role, you will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the Directors’ Remuneration Policy, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory and legal requirements and taking into account good governance practice and proxy guidance
  • Leading the preparation of Remuneration Committee and subsidiary committee papers and planning
  • Managing Annual General Meeting preparation and shareholder engagement for remuneration matters
  • Supporting the review of committee terms of reference, group remuneration policy and share plan rules to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and reflect latest good practice
  • Overseeing and supporting the compensation and contractual aspects of new hires, job changes and exits for the Executive population
  • Staying actively aligned with regulatory and legal developments in the market and leading the communication to relevant senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate policy documentation updates occur

Skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience of leading Remuneration Committee cycles and processes and developing remuneration policy
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and problem-solving complex issues
  • Proactive and results orientated with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements in Executive Remuneration
  • Numerical and data analytics and insights expertise
  • Stakeholder management, particularly with senior stakeholders at Executive and Board levels
  • Excellent written communication skills
