JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations
- Degree in any discipline and a passion / mind-set to progress in a customer-centric, digital-first and forward-thinking organization
- You have an attitude for mutual respect, an aptitude for success, the thirst for continuous learning and curiosity
- Culturally astute and able to build effective partnership in a matrix reporting environment
- A high level of initiative and ability to operate with integrity is important.
- Natural inclination to ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ and getting your hands dirty is a pre-requisite
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day to day operations.
- Coordinate and work closely as a Key Accounts Managers on car delivery, vehicle showcase, getting in new leads, motivate and heighten sales achievement.
- Providing regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager on any operation issues.
- Communicating with principal, customers and vendors ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure smooth showroom operations and managing of demo units.
- Partake in formulating appropriate pricing and product strategies, build up the customers’ database, see opportunity for un-targeted segments and partner with Marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Handle stock inventory holding with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels while gaining the market share within given resources
- Coordinate with various departments and external vendors on vehicle status movements and Battery Swap Network.
- Digitalize sales processes and identify area of improvement on sales processes
