EXECUTIVE SEARCH RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – TAX DESK

Permanent People have been engaged exclusively to work with a leading London based recruitment business, in the hiring of an experienced recruitment professional to work within their Private Practice Tax team.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Our client are looking to attract an experienced recruiter and ideally someone with background within Tax, Finance or an Audit recruitment desk.
You may of also worked within Private Practice Legal and be looking for a new challenge.
Again, ideally you will have worked on retained mandates or within a senior appointments desk previously.

Our client are a well established recruitment business operating with the Tax sector for a number of years. Due to strategic growth plans, they are now looking for a recruiter to join them and help build out their work in new areas within theTax market.
Networking and a Search approach to client mandates is key, and the majority of the work will be retained and exclusive.
Quality business development is essential, as is building a solid network of clients and candidates across Europe.
There will be existing clients to leverage from, and our client have a very strong past in working within the UK and European markets.
There is an opportunity to earn well on large fees up to £70k, with salary levels from £80k upwards.
