Description:
This position reports to the Head of the Centre of Labour Information and Analytics (CLIA) and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on Rewards, HR surveys and HR consulting projects. The candidate is expected to have interest in the domain areas of manpower, labour and HR.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree with a major in HR, Economics, Business or other related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Designation / Salary to commensurate with experience
- Team player with a growth mindset, meticulous and have a keen eye to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the use of Excel, SPSS and survey technologies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Research, monitor and interpret economic, labour and HR trends and information
- Design and conduct surveys, collect and analyse salary, benefits and other Manpower/HR data with the aim of providing valuable insights to HR leaders.
- Plan and execute HR projects along areas of salary benchmarking, benefits review, employee engagement and other talent management programmes.
- Strengthen employers’ policy position on workplace and workforce issues using a data driven approach.
- Execute commercial Manpower/HR consultancy projects
Support content and delivery of workshops, events and seminars
