Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Benefits & Leave Administrator to manage employee benefits & leave matters, ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and provide excellent support to our HR team and employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Administration

  • Assist in annual benefits enrolment exercise and Group Business Travel & ISOS insurance renewals
  • Prepare employee communications, organize iFlex briefing session
  • Process/verify invoices for various medical billings, e.g., preventive health screening, insurance premiums, etc.
  • Distribution of benefits-related items e.g. AIA Dental cards, AIA letters (hardcopies)
  • Perform daily operations activities e.g. send email to new hires, employees with mid-year events (job event/ life-event) on benefits enrolment, handle queries from employees and HR Business Partner and submit claims on behalf of employees.
  • Perform manual computation of benefits, verify and ensure accuracy of benefits vendor files on disbursement and interface.
  • Update of employee personal details to company insurance broker and medical benefits provider.
  • File MOM iReport and submit WIC Leave Application in Workday, verify Work Injury Compensation (WIC) computation from insurer
  • Assist in accrual exercise for respective companies, compile reports and statistics
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Leave Administration

  • Manage employee leave requests, including annual, sick leave, government paid leave, family and medical leave, and other types of leave
  • Manually update Workday system with leave entitlements for emplacements and renewals, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee leave balances and leave taken
  • Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave requests and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on leave-related matters
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless leave administration
  • Develop and maintain leave administration processes and procedures
  • Raise technical issues to HRIS team and ensure proper closure of tickets
  • Compile reports and statistics as required
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Workday is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 3-4 years of experience in benefits & leave administration.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Pro-active and work well under pressure, independently with minimum supervision.
