CAREER OPPORTUNITY:

Singapore Fashion Council (SFC) is looking for a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking individual to join the retail marketing team at Design Orchard. We’re looking for a candidate who has strong appetite to learn, enjoys a collaborative work environment and is passionate about bringing positive change to the fashion industry with innovative ideas.

  • Assist in the development and launch of marketing campaigns (online/offline) for Design Orchard physical and upcoming e-store
  • Content creation and campaign management on social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) including providing analysis of platform insights
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for driving customer acquisition and increase both offline footfall and online traffic through marketing campaigns
  • Identify potential partners that align with the company’s brand and business objectives
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership activities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, attract new customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Organize and manage customer loyalty programs, referral programs, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain digital content and planning calendar
  • Track, analyse and report on events ROI based on predetermined pipelines, revenue and MQL metrics
  • Analyse digital marketing metrics and identify trends and share insights with the team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve specific business objectives
  • Identify press opportunities to increase brand awareness
  • Maintain consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public
  • Provide marketing-related support on SFC flagship events and initiatives
  • Assist with the development of marketing literature
  • Involvement in project/ad hoc tasks as and when needed
