Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of corporate sales experience
- Proven experience in SME tele sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and best practices.
- Relevant experience in the energy industry would be preferred

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive/Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME Tele sales and will be adept at supporting Contact Centre Operations. This role involves driving tele sales initiatives to enhance SME customer acquisition and retention, as well as contributing to the smooth functioning of contact center operations.
