TITLE : Executive/ Senior HR Executive – Human Resources & Administration
REPORTING TO : Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration
JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, HRIS management, and office administration. This role will bridge the gap between administrative support and human resource management, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local labour laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5 – 7 years of relevant working experience in human resources position.
- Strong knowledge of human resources processes, best practices, and local labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Darwin box.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable and professional, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and support HR and admin team members when needed in a leadership capacity.
- Exquisite communication and people skills
Responsibilities:

- Expatriate staff management
- Support other HR and office management/ administration tasks as required.
- Participate in and support ad-hoc HR projects and assignments, such as career ladders, competency frameworks, and employee surveys.
