Job Description
As our Executive Sous Chef, you’ll oversee a dynamic multi-site kitchen operation, efficiently managing both people and resources to meet the diverse needs of our food outlets. You’ll work closely with our Restaurant and Conference Managers to ensure our culinary offerings align with operational goals. As an esteemed representative of the Accor brand, you’ll enhance our market reputation and drive continuous improvement in food quality and presentation.
Your role will also involve crucial financial oversight, including managing departmental budgets, controlling food costs, and coordinating with suppliers to achieve financial targets. You’ll be integral in upholding our high standards of food preparation and safety, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Hands-on leader, who consistently sets a positive example for the team
- Proven ability to manage staff across multiple sections, with clear and effective communication skills
- Solutions-focused professional dedicated to continuous learning and improvement
- Adaptable and resilient, maintaining top quality and adherence to standards amidst changing circumstances
- Genuine passion for food and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at events
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
