Description:
Family Group: Administration
As a Sr Executive/ Executive, you will provide support to all activities related to Clinical Research & Innovation Office’s services in the aspects of research studies monitoring, compliance check activities and educational initiatives to promote the proper conduct of research and supporting researchers in improving the quality of the conduct of research in TTSH.
This includes:-
- Plan, arrange and conduct monitoring visits for assigned research studies according to the monitoring plan, writing post visit reports and work with study teams to ensure compliance towards the relevant protocols, institutional, IRB and regulatory requirements
- Drive outreach activities to educate staff and research teams, to promote the culture of proper conduct of research
- Identify gaps and drive initiatives to improve the quality of research studies
- Provide regulatory advice and liaise with internal stakeholders for timely regulatory submissions
- Collect and compile data for management reporting
Leadership Role
Candidates with relevant experience will be involved in leadership roles governing the conduct of research, including but not limited to performing compliance check/ audit activities, initiatives to drive operations efficiency, staff training and mentorship etc.

REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree in healthcare or sciences
- Experience in monitoring of research studies
- Familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines, IRB and Singapore regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Meticulous, flexible, has strong organizational skills and able to work independently
