Responsibilities:

  • Assisting executives in the use of company self-enabling tools including travel and reservations, co-ordinating travel arrangements and assisting with itineraries and visa/passport procedures
  • Proactive calendar management / Assisting with calendaring/scheduling of appointments, arranging conference calls, video conferences or data conferences
  • Coordinating work with internal and external third-party suppliers at the request of the executive or supervisor
  • Assisting executives in the execution of non-routine tasks e.g. Client’s related matters and duties such as preparing Excel reports and/or Power Point presentations
  • Analysing and solving of lower-complexity problems

Role Requirements:

  • High school degree / or equivalent
  • Fluency in Polish and English (Min B2 level)
  • Critical and analytical thinking, Creative and proactive problem solving
  • Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hybrid working mode: 2/3 days a week working from Capco’s Warsaw office
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
