REQUIREMENTS:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required (we’ll help you get them if needed).
  • The ability and relevant driver’s license to perform travel to Melba sites across Victoria
  • Occasional travel to regional offices, such as Ballarat or Gippsland, may be required to attend meetings with the Senior Leadership Team or external stakeholders. This is expected to occur no more than once a month and may involve an overnight stay.
  • Full-time role with flexibility required to support priority crisis activities as needed. While the standard hours are 38 per week, occasional early starts (from 8 AM), late finishes (after 6 PM), or weekend support may be required, ensuring you can adapt to critical needs.
