JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an Executive – Talent Development to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a crucial member, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional development of employees by conducting soft skills training sessions and coordinating training activities across the organization. You will also be required to design and deliver training programs, assess training needs, monitor employee progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
