Description:
We are seeking an Executive & Team Assistant to provide support to our two Vice Presidents, one leading our Children’s Learning and Development team and the other our Learning through Play team. This role requires a proactive, highly organised, and dedicated professional to enhance the effectiveness of these key leaders within the LEGO Foundation. This role is anchored in our People Team, and will collaborate closely with our other Executive Assistant, contributing to cross organisational projects while playing a crucial role in supporting our VPs.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Scheduling: Manage the VPs calendar to optimise their time with a focus on prioritising strategic engagements.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Serve as the central liaison for all administrative activities related to leadership team meetings, including the preparation of materials, coordination, and seamless execution of events.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance encompassing project support, document preparation, drafting correspondence, managing contact lists, arranging travel, and completing expense reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for the VPs, handling inquiries and issues with discretion, and maintaining confidentiality across all communications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the VPs to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, coordinate outreach activities, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Event Preparation: Proactively prepare for meetings and events, ensuring the VPs are well-prepared and supported throughout.
- Cross organisational projects: LEGO Foundation culture activities, LEGO Foundation Days, celebrations etc.
