We are looking for an Executive Trainee to join to assist the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and EVP, Corporate Affairs & Legal and Group General Counsel in Huhtamaki’s Headquarters in Espoo.

The position is fixed term, and you will transfer your learnings to your successor before your trainee period is completed. You might even be able to travel and attend some occasional meetings abroad.

You will participate in the following tasks:
- Provide general administrative support including (but not exclusive)
- Meetings arrangements
- Travel arrangements
- Office administration related matters
- Act as a back-up for the Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors and EVP, Corporate Affairs & Legal and Group General Counsel.
To succeed you will need:
- 1-5 years of relevant study background
- Proactive way of working, passion for personal development and learning new things
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work as team member, while also being capable of independent work
- Strong written and spoken English skills, Finnish language skills also being a strong advantage.

The employment will start immediately and will last the whole trainee period of 8-12 months. There might be also possibilities to continue part-time after the trainee period is over.
