JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and competent executive, who shares our mission of ‘Everything We do is about Caring for and Improving the Lives of Our Patients, Community and Healthcare Family’.
The Executive will have responsibility in developing and delivering value-based care strategies and works closely with the clinical leads to align the approach of value- based care initiatives across Woodlands Health (WH). He or she will monitor the identified performance indicators and work closely with key stakeholders in WH in ensuring that patient-centred care delivers their desired value-driven outcomes.
