Location: Fully remote (Colombia)
Schedule: Full time (40hrs/week) ; CST

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, virtual assistance, or customer service roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general technology use
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) – a bonus but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, helping to streamline operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring data accuracy and easy access for the team.
  • Draft, proofread, and respond to customer emails, delivering prompt, clear, and professional communication.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, updating records, and ensuring accurate customer information in company databases.
  • Support customer interaction efforts by providing timely and helpful responses, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, tracking project progress, and helping with task prioritization.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping, especially if familiar with QuickBooks Online.
  • Perform occasional personal tasks for the owner, such as booking travel and handling miscellaneous arrangements.
