Description:
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients. Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
- Coursework/Training and Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate degree in Exercise Science
