Pay Range: $130k-$190k expected with base plus uncapped commission.

Do you enjoy problem-solving while helping others? If so, you would enjoy your role as an [INSERT TITLE]. You will walk alongside homeowners who need our help by servicing their current systems and providing recommendations on where their home needs additional protection.
QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT YOU OFFER
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
- Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 35% of the time (dependent on business needs)
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments using a company-provided vehicle.
- Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs.
- Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Execute onsite diagnostics/maintenance on current systems in the home.
