JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing initiatives for our company portfolio of Hotel and F&B brands in Dubai. The ideal candidate will craft and execute dynamic marketing strategies, drive customer engagement, and ensure brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each brand, aligning with business goals and target audiences.
Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, foot traffic, and revenue generation.
Brand Management:
Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Ensure a consistent tone, voice, and messaging for each brand.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize campaigns across social media platforms, websites, and email marketing to drive customer engagement.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
Analyze website traffic and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital efforts.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging content, including visuals, videos, blogs, and promotional materials for online and offline channels.
Collaborate with the team for high-quality promotional materials.
Event Promotion:
Plan and promote events like special days, live entertainment, seasonal campaigns and so on which are tailored to each brand.
Work closely with Outlet Operation Managers to ensure smooth execution and post-event marketing.
Market Research and Insights:
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend analysis to update on marketing strategies.
Stay updated on F&B industry trends to incorporate innovative approaches.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Build partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and media outlets to increase visibility.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution.
Track spending and ROI to optimize future marketing efforts.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare necessary impact reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and revenue impact, etc.
Work on data-driven improvements.
