Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Expense Administrator based in Fort Worth, Texas, 76116, United States. The position is in the construction industry where the primary role involves managing credit card transactions and expense reporting tools.
BILINGUAL Spanish REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit card reconciliations in a high-volume environment
  • Utilize expense reporting tools to manage and track expenses
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all expense reports
  • Handle customer inquiries related to expense reporting and credit card reconciliation
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on the expense reports
  • Use corporate credit card knowledge to manage and control expenses
  • Handle invoice processing as part of the expense management tasks
  • Perform expense reconciliation to ensure accuracy of all expenses
  • Manage processes related to expense reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
