Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Under the direction of the Area Presidency and the Area Director of Communication and Publishing, the Senior Experience and Product Manager plays a pivotal role in increasing the reach and impact of the Church’s messages. This position focuses on creating unified communication strategies, developing effective messaging products, and fostering meaningful engagement with key audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Messaging Development : Collaborate with Church leadership to translate spiritual goals into clear, consistent messaging strategies.
  • Audience Insights : Develop in-depth profiles for diverse audiences, tailoring communication to resonate with their unique needs.
  • Product and Campaign Management : Manage the full lifecycle of messaging products, including research, planning, implementation, and performance analysis.
  • Content Creation and Channel Management : Oversee the creation and distribution of spiritually uplifting content across multiple platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track key metrics to measure success, refine strategies, and ensure messaging efforts deliver optimal impact.
  • Training and Empowerment : Provide tools and training to local leaders to enhance communication within their units.
  • Brand Stewardship : Safeguard the Church’s identity and doctrinal integrity across all messaging efforts.
