Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:

  • Online portfolio demonstrating superior product design experiences (required for application- please include any passwords if password protected)
  • 3-5 years of digital product design experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical work experience in design
  • Experience working within design systems & enterprise/consumer/complicated user journey experiences
  • Experience with Figma, utilization of design systems and related design tools
  • Experience leading Usability Testing, brainstorming and research sessions
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders as well as Development & Product teams
  • Able to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs; with an understanding of the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your ideas to our engineers
  • You actively listen, hear and understand what is said and not said, with nuanced comprehension of meaning and intent
  • You think in terms of systems and make rational design decisions
  • You are constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better
