DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

The Experience Marketing Technical Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events including 3rd party, owned and internal events with a specific focus on showcases and other technical installations. We operate under the philosophy that people will forget what you said, and people will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. The core responsibility will be to ensure that a positive experience and brand association is created in our experiential touch points and tactics.
As a key role in the Global Marketing organization and the Experience Marketing team, you will interact with and manage, in collaboration with the overall project manager, all stakeholder relationships, including but not limited to logistics, flow planning, creative co-creation, venue selection, product expo/demo, AV and other conference management, stage management, security, networking, live steaming, vendor management, content management, and budget management.
In addition, you will also contribute to transversal projects related to Experience Marketing and/or provide coaching to countries/businesses teams organizing similar events.
