MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting;
- 3 years’ experience in a Fiduciary or in a Financial services organisation, ideally in Luxembourg;
- Fluent in English; French/German is considered an asset;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly, MS Excel);
- Organisation skills, attention to details, and ownership of tasks;
- Team spirit and ability to work across diverse organisations and teams.

Responsibilities:
ACT AS AN EFFECTIVE PART OF THE TEAM IN VARIOUS ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (MAINLY ACCOUNTING-FOCUSED):
- Bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, maintaining supporting calculation schedules;
- Compilation of financial statements; managing audit processes;
- Review of bookkeeping prepared by accountants’ trainees;
- Organisation of files, preparing some minutes, resolutions, and regulatory reports for your clients, coordinating managers’ signatures, where applicable;
- Assisting in shareholders’ record keeping and AML/KYC document collection;
- Drafting periodical VAT returns;
- Growing towards owning a client portfolio and developing relationships with clients.
