MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • 3 years’ experience in a Fiduciary or in a Financial services organisation, ideally in Luxembourg;
  • Fluent in English; French/German is considered an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly, MS Excel);
  • Organisation skills, attention to details, and ownership of tasks;
  • Team spirit and ability to work across diverse organisations and teams.

Responsibilities:

ACT AS AN EFFECTIVE PART OF THE TEAM IN VARIOUS ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (MAINLY ACCOUNTING-FOCUSED):

  • Bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, maintaining supporting calculation schedules;
  • Compilation of financial statements; managing audit processes;
  • Review of bookkeeping prepared by accountants’ trainees;
  • Organisation of files, preparing some minutes, resolutions, and regulatory reports for your clients, coordinating managers’ signatures, where applicable;
  • Assisting in shareholders’ record keeping and AML/KYC document collection;
  • Drafting periodical VAT returns;
  • Growing towards owning a client portfolio and developing relationships with clients.
