MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree as Management Assistant or equivalent required;
- At least 1 years of experience as administrative assistant in a professional services firm, ideally in Luxembourg;
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory, German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organizational and communication skills,
- Results-oriented, deep attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as receptionist by answering incoming calls and helping external and internal clients.
- Assisting with calendar maintenance and meeting schedule;
- Coordinating administrative tasks, copying, scanning, archiving and other administrative duties;
- Preparing professional documents such as engagement letters, audit reports, long form audit reports and various audit business presentations;
- Providing assistance with meeting and conference organisation, mail distribution, travel and hotel arrangements;
- Coordinating with other administrative departments within the firm.
