MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree as Management Assistant or equivalent required;
  • At least 1 years of experience as administrative assistant in a professional services firm, ideally in Luxembourg;
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory, German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills,
  • Results-oriented, deep attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as receptionist by answering incoming calls and helping external and internal clients.
  • Assisting with calendar maintenance and meeting schedule;
  • Coordinating administrative tasks, copying, scanning, archiving and other administrative duties;
  • Preparing professional documents such as engagement letters, audit reports, long form audit reports and various audit business presentations;
  • Providing assistance with meeting and conference organisation, mail distribution, travel and hotel arrangements;
  • Coordinating with other administrative departments within the firm.
