At Shayp, we designed a non-invasive and algorithmic driven solution to detect water anomalies in buildings for professionals. We address a large range of customers such as cities, real estate companies, institutions and water utilities (A few examples of our customers: IKEA, LIDL, PSG Parc des Princes, City of Brussels, …).
Our wish is to reduce global consumption of distributed water by 30% and reduce associated collateral damage. Our goal is to develop the use of our technology and service to save 100 billion liters of water worldwide by 2027. To date we have already reached 18 billion liters saved. To achieve such a goal, we need the support of a strong team.
Tasks
The position
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in implementing and driving our sales strategy, with a strong focus on expanding our B2B enterprise customer base. This role is aimed at evolving over the next 12 months towards a real leadership role in the company with direct team management responsibilities in the future. You’ll also work hand in hand with the founders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead a team based on their achievements and contributions. This position requires a seasoned professional who is fluent in both French and English and has a proven track record in the tech industry and Enterprise SaaS. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an evolving environment, designing new strategies, and leading the sales opportunities and team to success.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in the tech industry or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding delivery targets in a dynamic environment.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
