EXPERIENCED COMPLIANCE OFFICER - YOUR PROFILE:

  • A Master’s degree in Law or Compliance, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant compliance experience, showcasing your expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a rigorous and adaptable mindset to tackle challenges head-on.

  • Collaborate with the Compliance Office to design and implement effective compliance policies and training programs focused on new business acceptance and data protection.
  • Analyze laws and regulations to identify risks and opportunities, guiding the firm’s strategic objectives and promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Ensure thorough organization of client and matter files for internal and external audits, maintaining compliance standards.
  • Track compliance trends and provide regular updates to the Compliance team, using insights to recommend enhancements.
  • Engage with various teams to raise compliance awareness and provide expert guidance on compliance-related issues.
