We are looking for an experienced copywriter to support a small but mighty team of writers on the Brand team in Luxembourg.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a writer/editor/journalist preferably with experience in marketing and communications OR 3+ years writing and editing content for marketing, ads, media, or communications (samples required)
  • 2+ years professional experience in B2B content development and optimizationExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (at or near native speaker level)

    • knowledge of French or German is a plus

    • Ability to adapt messaging, depending on audience and goal
    • Strong understanding of product/brand positioning and messaging or communications; willingness and ability to research and synthesize a breadth of topics, industries and services
    • Strong experience developing high-impact marketing or communications materials
    • Good knowledge of SEO, and content marketing
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proactive, passionate, and spirited team player who can balance collaboration with autonomy
    • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrix environment
    • Welcomes and easily adopts feedback
    • Comfortable providing feedback; able to defend timelines and strategy
    • Strong problem solver with a growth/agile mindset
    • Excellent storyteller
    • BS/BA degree required

    Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support a team of content writers and external content creators, in developing thought leadership and valuable marketing content including social media posts, articles, reports and more that drive awareness, demand, engagement, and positions our brand as industry leading
    • Collaborate with campaign managers and business stakeholders to manage overlapping timelines
    • Define content strategies leveraging industry trends, competitor insights, audience journeys, overarching narrative and position to support brand and business growth objectives – aligned with business goals
    • Create strong copy and narratives that resonate and differentiate our brand and voice to drive engagement and build audiences
    • Explore new ways to leverage core messaging in copy; engage in rapid ideation and testing
    • Stay on top of emerging technologies and tools to scale team productivity, capacity and creativity
    • Conduct research on industry-related topics and keywords and create SEO-optimized content
    • Refine system and processes to establish best practices for developing, delivering, measuring and optimizing high-value conten
