• Master’s Degree or PhD Degree within Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within fatigue, fracture mechanics and materials technology.
• Good stakeholder management with the ability to take on new challenges and think strategically.
• Ability to understand, describe and communicate risk.
• A high standard in HSE is required. You live by «I am safety» expectations.
• Open and proactive mindset, work independently and willingness to see things through.
• Good communication skills in both English and Norwegian, oral, and written.
