- Previous automotive repair experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize according to deadlines.

- Physical ability to lift between 50 and 80 pounds.
- Must maintain clean driving record and be insurable with company insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair per customer authorization.
- Documents all work performed.
- Communicates with parts department regarding needed parts.
- Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty.
- Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
- Road tests vehicles when required.
- Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
- Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
