The Sheraton Athlone Hotel, a distinguished member of the Hodson Bay Group, is excited to invite an Experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our exceptional F&B team. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in our renowned establishment.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel bar, brasserie, or bistro setting. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining warm, friendly, and efficient service. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals with exceptional communication skills to lead our team.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Manager in the day-to-day operations between our S Bar and Bistro and our La Provence Brasserie, guiding and engaging with the team to achieve best-in-class standards of guest care at all times.

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
• Motivated, ambitious, and proactive team player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

• Support the team with training and development
