REQUIREMENTS
- Previous knowledge of OPERA is essential to this role, OPERA Cloud experience would be preferrable.
- A minimum of one years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must for this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a luxury hospitality setting.
- A meticulous eye for detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional service standards.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in fluent English, both written and verbal, is vital for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring their journey from arrival to departure is seamless and memorable. This includes efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and assisting with personalized guest requests. You will also provide expert knowledge on the resort’s offerings, services, and local attractions, ensuring every guest feels valued and informed.
- Collaborate closely with the Concierge department to enhance guest experiences and exceed expectations.
- Handle guest queries and concerns promptly, offering tailored solutions with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to create unforgettable moments.
- Maintain clear and open communication with all Front Office team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop a deep understanding of The Europe Hotel Resort’s core values and luxury standards, embodying excellence in every interaction.
- Handle telephone inquiries and reservations professionally, transferring calls as necessary and ensuring all messages are accurately relayed.
- Build strong interdepartmental relationships, acting as a vital link between guests and other hotel teams.
- Represent the hotel with impeccable grooming, exceptional presentation, and a welcoming demeanor.
