Description:
We are looking for experienced people to our HR Transformation practice. We are looking for colleagues who are excited about driving HR Transformation, setting HR strategy and redesigning HR operating models. Our team makes an impact that matters by modernizing HR functions to deliver more employee value as well as business value. We support our clients in the development of their HR strategies and advise them on the design and implementation of global HR transformation programs.
Within HR Transformation, we lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR change for clients. We provide consulting services to the clients focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction and overall enhanced workforce experience. Our team supports through the entire cycle of organizational transformation, starting with an initial diagnosis right through to a successful implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have strong analytical skills and can acquaint yourself with other people’s situations. You are structured, professional and excellent at communicating with empathy. You are engaged and make a dedicated effort in everything you do, having the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Communicate in excellent English and Swedish
- Have a university degree with excellent results
- Have experience from leading projects
- Have strategic skills and ability to translate strategy into a tactical and operational plan
- Have strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to manage expectations and challenge business requirements
If you have the following, it will be a plus:
- Experience within HR transformation and/or HR life-cycle processes
- Experience from the consulting industry
- Experience with HR technology or HRIS systems
- Familiar with agile methodology and design thinking
- Experience in sales, bid management, project management and leadership
- Experience in networking and public speaking
- Experience in coaching and mentoring

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an experienced consultant in our HR transformation team you will work for a variety of different clients, often in multinational settings. You will play a critical role in improving, developing and modernizing our clients’ HR functions for example by lifting the strategic focus, enhancing value throughout people processes, upskilling the HR population or redesigning how the HR function works together with the business through service delivery or overall operating model.
Our design and delivery methods take their starting points in design thinking and agile delivery principles. This includes working dedicatedly with understanding and designing the customer experience as well as working closely together with the client in iterative sprints while embedding ownership of the work into the client organization throughout the implementation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Working as a member of a project team or leading a project team in a client-facing role driving HR transformation
- Conducting working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Supporting clients to make key business process decisions
- Facilitate client facing workshops or lab sessions
- Lead and coach more junior colleagues to develop towards their professional goals
- Developing our practice by staying close to market trends and cultivating your network
