QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification or license in eyelash extensions is required.

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the appointment.
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions to promote longevity and health of their lashes.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
