With over 50 nationalities represented, Arendt is committed to the well-being of its staff, serving the best interests of its clients, protecting the environment, and supporting education.Given the ongoing development of our firm and the growth of our Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards practice, we are currently recruiting:Experienced Lawyer – Accounting lawYour role :Provide expert legal advice on financial reporting and application of accounting standards to clients,Ensure clients’ compliance with all relevant accounting and financial reporting standards,Advise on the legal aspects of financial statements, audits, and accounting practices,Assist clients in interpreting and applying accounting standards applied in Luxembourg (Lux GAAP, IFRS),Follow-up on client requests and draft opinions on documents under the supervision of the partner in charge,Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss their projects,After an initial integration period, you will become increasingly involved in organising work/knowledge sharing.Your profile :You hold a university degree in law with an in-depth knowledge of contract law and company law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree in accounting, auditing or tax law,You have gained at least 3 years of experience in national (LUX GAAP, BE GAAP or FR GAAP) and international accounting law (IFRS) in a law, audit, or consulting firm,You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
