About the team
The management Research team is responsible for global corporate management strategy research and planning. Through internal and external research and analysis, it deepens the cognition and refinement of the company’s management concept, and optimizes the planning and design of the company’s organization and important management mechanisms.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on organizational management and talent strategy topics, providing concrete case studies and analytical insights for top management decisions.
2. Work closely with policy formulation and implementation teams on specific management challenges, proposing implementable solutions to effectively improve current management practices of the company.
3. Benchmark study on the organization and talent management practices of leading peer companies, and deliver research requests from the company’s top management team.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, talent management, strategic planning or business management.
2. Strong curiosity and continuous learning, with proven ability to think critically and implement practical solutions.
3. Self-driven and independent problem solver, with strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Goal-oriented, have good ability to withstand pressure, and have excellent research and analysis skills.
2. Embrace change and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
