REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the consumer beverage or food industry.
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success working with lifestyle brands and/or consumer beverage or food products.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and B2B marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
- A creative mindset with the ability to guide and inspire a design team.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working with craft or premium beverage brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and engagement-driven content strategies.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the Marketing Manager for GoodLife Brands, you will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across a dynamic portfolio of products and brands. You’ll work closely with our creative, sales, and leadership teams to drive engagement, build our brand presence, and support both B2C and B2B growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies for a multi-product beverage portfolio, ensuring alignment with the unique identities of Field House Brewing and Nice Life Beverage Co.
- Plan and implement product launch campaigns that drive excitement and awareness across target audiences.
- Collaborate with the wholesale sales team to create impactful marketing tools and strategies tailored to B2B and retail partners.
- Manage and inspire design and creative team resources to deliver high-quality brand materials.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing, to drive consumer engagement and sales.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to measure campaign success and guide future decision-making.
- Stay ahead of new media trends, especially engagement-driven social media platforms and innovative marketing techniques, to keep our brands relevant and engaging.
- Build relationships with lifestyle influencers, partners, and communities to amplify brand exposure and relevance.
