Description:

We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Master Chocolate Chef to join our team immediately. This is an urgent hire, and we are looking for someone with outstanding chocolate-making skills and a love for creating exquisite, innovative chocolate products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Master Chocolate Chef or in a similar high-level pastry role.
  • Expertise in working with different types of chocolate (dark, milk, white) and chocolate techniques (tempering, molding, etc.).
  • Strong creative skills and ability to develop innovative chocolate designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of chocolate ingredients, textures, and flavor profiles.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or high-end chocolate establishment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design high-quality, artisanal chocolates and confections.
  • Manage all aspects of chocolate production, from sourcing ingredients to crafting final products.
  • Lead and inspire a team of pastry chefs and kitchen staff in chocolate-related tasks.
  • Maintain consistency in the quality and presentation of all chocolate products.
  • Ensure all chocolate items are prepared according to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Innovate new recipes and flavor combinations to delight customers and keep up with market trends.
  • Oversee the daily chocolate production process and monitor inventory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase new chocolate creations.
