Description:

Doughnut Love is looking to add an experienced Pastry Chef to the Team. Seeking an individual that is passionate about pastry, baking and has experience leading a kitchen. If you are skilled at various doughs, pastries and fillings (and laminating dough) we are seeking you to take us to the next level. Bringing new ideas for our monthly menu and the ability to improve procedures and efficiencies.
Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and established standards.

- Decorate pastries with precision and creativity.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all baked goods meet the highest standards.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- this is a full time salaried position.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef or Executive Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including croissants, cake decorating and various baking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role is required. (5 Years minimum). This position will be 55k base plus potential for bonuses. (extra 10 to 20k Plus per year)
