We here at Banca di Roma are creating the best Italian restaurant in Scotland and we need your help! We are now recruiting for an Experienced Pastry Chef. If you have a passion for incredible Italian food, great guest experience and the thrill of a new opening then this is the role for you! We are looking for talented and hardworking team players. You should be enthusiastic about what you do and willing to learn. You should have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. Our restaurant is seeking a passionate, skilled chef to create delicious meals for our patrons. You will be collaborating with a team of kitchen staff to deliver food that meets the highest quality standards. To ensure success in your role as chef, you should have great organizational skills and impeccable time management.

CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Past experience as a pastry chef.
  • Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts.
  • Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
  • Expert multitasking ability.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
  • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
