We will provide the successful candidate with any necessary training, as well as the industry know-how.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical design, development, deployment and maintenance of business systems for a seamless User experience.
  • Evaluate potential new Business systems and maintain existing Systems.
  • Develop, implement and update strategies for application lifecycle management.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data and system security is maintained at all times.
  • Manage junior developer resource to ensure effective implementation of all development projects.
  • Provide high expertise for all ongoing Power Platform development projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive group wide technical projects relating to business systems, integrations, processes through entire lifecycle including design, scope, development, implementation and project delivery with the department head and in coordination with the entire group department. This should include high level architectural specifications to ensure feasibility, functionality and integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize the application development life cycle with continuous deployments and high software quality.
  • Acts as a third-tier support professional, addressing complex issues that have been escalated from support teams.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to determine which projects are best handled internally and which through our third-party providers, in collaboration with other IT providers where required.
  • Ensure testing is planned, documented and completed for all new functionalities.
  • Adhere to industry best practices of implementing solutions for Data compliance and security.
  • To report any data breaches in security to the CIO in a timely manner.
  • Apply strict security processes to protect the company from risks in relation to GDPR and other regulations surrounding data security.
  • Following Compliance and Risk processes for all systems and ensure are in line with company policies.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies which could improve data for reporting and system developing.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with third party vendors and suppliers.
  • Generate ideas, offer insightful solutions and guide team through technical issues and challenges.QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR
