We are an internal consultancy, with a mission of transforming EY Nordics from the inside out to help our business reach their strategic and operational objectives. Our team works closely with different departments in EY to identify their pain/gain points and co-create solutions to address these. The team itself is a dynamic and diverse group with different backgrounds and skills sets and have a strong focus on teaming. The tech-stack the team works primarily with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, alongside Azure resources, such as Data Factory.
As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in building new solutions to leverage and deliver value to our users. We are seeking someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, a broad range of technical knowledge, and a proactive, user-centric mindset. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders, listen to their requirements, and translate business needs into a technical framework will be key to the success of our projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Dataverse, PowerApps & Power Automate), SQL, and Azure services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while considering technical details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to learn and try new things where the way forward might not be clear.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for innovative technology solutions.
  • Lead implementation of the solution from establishing project requirements and goals to go-live
  • Coach and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness.
  • Design scalable and efficient technical architectures that align with business goals and requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new trends and technologies that can bring value to our organization.
  • Provide thought leadership in technology innovation and contribute to the strategic direction of the team.
