The Process Chemist for Radiometer is responsible for participating in the activities related to support our ABL90SC production which is the consumable sensor cassette for our blood gas analyzer.
This position is part of the sensor value group located in Brønshøj and will be an on-site position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the production support group for Dispensing, Function Test, Software and Digitalization and report to the Senior Value Stream Manager responsible for daily support and growth of our production. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor or master’s in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or similar technical education.
  • 3 years of experience with process optimization and chemistry (e.g. material science, polymer chemistry, flow chemistry, automated processes)
  • Production support experience such as Problem Solving, Change Control and Deviation
  • Experience with GMP production and production environment
  • Fluent in Danish and English

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Practical experience with operational project work.
  • Facilitating and driving workshop
  • Good Communication and Collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Process optimization of current and future production to meet growth and demand
  • Work with project activities for our future state production in an operational setting
  • Work with qualification and validation of equipment and process
  • Drive changes to improve production performance, yield and capacity
  • Interacting with relevant internal stakeholders influencing the department’s objectives, such as Engineering, R&D and Quality departments
