  • You preferably have experience from larger organizations and are used to work and influence both on a team and portfolio level.
  • You are motivated by seeing others grow their capabilities and competence, and you actively contribute to make it happen.
  • A strong communicator and facilitator, you ensure people understand and see the same things you see within product management, and you can translate product management techniques, practices and intentions (such as product visions, product strategies, product roadmaps, product discovery, outcome-oriented goals, decision making in diverse teams, prioritization of needs, desires and pain points, and more) to a format and language tailored to different audiences.
  • You keep yourself professionally up to date on the product management discipline and actively share your insights.
  • You are good at building mutual trust, relations, and credibility with different professional and leadership environments at different levels in the organization.
