We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, we want you to be part of our success!
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1- years of experience with proven track record and / or portfolio in real estate sales (preferably in the Dubai market).
- Strong sales skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and property values.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Fluent in English (Bi-Languages is a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate new client leads through various channels (networking, referrals, and marketing).
- Property Sales: Present, market, and sell properties to clients, ensuring they are matched with the ideal home or investment opportunity.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, market prices, and competitor offerings to better advice clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, handle paperwork, and manage listings in the company database.
