JOB SUMMARY

Your role will involve guiding clients through the buying, selling, and investment processes, utilizing your deep market knowledge and strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal results. You will also contribute to the success of the team by mentoring junior agents and helping to grow the firm’s presence in the market.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 7 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of closing over 50 million Naira in real estate sales.
• At least 7 years of experience as a licensed realtor.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS platforms, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Licensed by the Nigerian Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-end residential or commercial real estate.
• Professional certifications in real estate or related fields (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Accredited Buyer’s Representative).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
