Responsibilities:
Developing Others:
- Passionately precepts students, graduate nurses, and new hires.
- Analyzes clinical and behavioral situations to identify learning opportunities.

- Supports continuous learning by sharing research, presenting on the unit, and supporting journal clubs.
Patient Care:

General Duties:

- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- BSN preferred.
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and interact appropriately with patients of all ages.
- Understands principles of growth and development over the lifespan.
- Ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret information to identify age-specific needs.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.
